SUMMARY:
A large U.S. Law Firm is seeking an Attorney Development Coordinator to serve as an integral member to the Attorney Development Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the onboarding of new hires and integration into the firmParticipate in staffing efforts to ensure attorneys are fully utilized and properly leveraging firm resourcesManage and maintain the Firm’s Pro Bono program for various officesCoordinate the attorney performance review processEnsure attorney satisfaction through the Firm Mentoring Program and by making training tools readily available for career supportCompile statistical data and help with monthly and quarterly reports, as well as numerous data requests.Plan special events including orientation, training programs, retreats, Attorney dinners, and monthly events, and other socialsSupport Senior Managers with leave administrationCoordinate and administer the semi-annual Attorney Review processTrack all logistics of attorneys’ continued legal educationSchedule and communicate all aspects of onboarding and training programsOrganize curriculum materials and ensure availability and disbursement to key stakeholdersAdminister surveys and evaluation for training programsDeploy attorney training and development programs as assignedPartner with members of Professional Development and Leadership Team where necessary to manage the continuous improvement of Attorney Training and Development ProgramsCoordinate programs and trainings for multiple practice areasQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required2+ years of experience in a recruiting or professional development role in a professional services corporationStrong organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsMicrosoft Office proficiency, including strong Excel skills is required
