Qualifications of CNC Machine Operator

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to communicate with employees on a professional level at all times

Knowledge

Previous factory experience is required. Basic knowledge of machining practices. Ability to use gauges as needed. Basic reasoning skills and language skills (ability to read, analyze and interpret general business paperwork in English). Ability to complete shop paperwork. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions/requests from managers, clients, customers, and the general public in English. Ability to read and understand the company quality policy in English. Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
