Position Overview:

As the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of our multi-branded franchise locations across several states. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of our franchise portfolio.

Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve operational objectives and financial targets. Provide leadership and direction to regional and district managers in the execution of operational plans.

Multi-Unit Management: Oversee the performance of multiple franchise locations, ensuring consistent operational standards. Collaborate with franchise owners and managers to drive excellence in customer service and brand representation.

Operational Efficiency: Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across all locations.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality and consistency of products, services, and customer experiences. Implement quality assurance programs and initiatives.

Financial Performance: Work closely with the Vice President of Finance to monitor financial performance and key operational metrics. Develop and implement strategies to optimize profitability and cost management.

Franchisee Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and partners. Provide support, guidance, and resources to ensure the success of franchise operations.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Market Expansion: Collaborate with the executive team to identify opportunities for market expansion and new franchise development. Assess market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 10+ of experience in multi-unit operations management within the franchise industry. Proven success in driving operational excellence and financial performance. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as needed to various locations.
