•Follow company Safety Policies, keeping personal safety and the safety of fellow employees foremost in all activities.•Perform loading and unloading of raw materials and products in such a way that the safety of plant personnel and the environment is ensured.•Accomplish daily production goals, daily orders, and monitor the process operations to ensure environmental compliance.•Deliver production samples to the Laboratory as required.•Inform Plant Manager of mechanical and process problems that will require plant or operating procedures changes to prevent reoccurrence.•Complete process log sheets, check sheets, and other paperwork in a timely matter.•Inspect equipment and report malfunctions that require repairs to the Production Supervisor.•Make suggestions for improvement of existing operating procedures and review procedures when assigned.•Responsible for housekeeping to ensure that the plant is maintained in a clean and orderly condition.•Packaging of Final Product in accordance with plant policies and procedures.•Proper and orderly storage of Final Product in the warehouse.•Perform other duties as assigned.•Escort outside contract personnel in the plant.•Keep the Production Manager informed of deviations from normal process parameters.•Perform other duties as assigned.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
