Overview/ Job Responsibilities
Sev1Tech is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to support a large, mission-enabling nation-wide team providing network infrastructure, platform, system, application, and cybersecurity services for a federal customer. The Quality Manager will be part of a Program Management Office (PMO) and play a leading role for the delivery of high-quality contract services and products across multiple task orders/delivery orders. Specific responsibilities include:Ensuring development and reporting on all quality and performance metricsCollecting and analyzing metrics from metrics analysts, project managers, and operations and engineering leadsReporting on SLAsDeveloping, maintaing, and monitoring implementation of a QASPEstablishing, promulgating, and enforcing internal quality processes and proceduresAnalyzing quality data and suggesting improvement actions based on collected dataManaging the log of quality reports and other quality documentationEnsuring that the program team deliverables comply with all requirements and meet documented customer needs.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology preferred; any subject area is acceptableAt least six (6) years of professional experience in federal contractingNot less than three (3) years of experience in a senior QA role on federal contractsKnowledge of industry Quality Standards, including ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 27017Experience complying with CMMIExperience with IT SQMProficient in computer technology and systemsGood understanding of Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience performing QA functions on contracts involving IT operations is a plusAble to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship in order to obtain a Dept of Homeland (DHS) EOD (Entrance on Duty) clearance
