Based in Northern Colorado, we have been a major source for our community's commercial or residential concrete and earthwork projects since 1998. WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
This position works a full-time schedule consisting of 40-50 hours per week.
Your day at TCE Construction begins with hands-on excavating tasks, utilizing heavy equipment to ensure precision in underground utility installations. Operating a range of equipment, from shovels to loaders, you actively contribute to project success. Your role as an Excavation Laborer involves not just manual labor but also learning to operate specialized machinery like skid loaders and mini excavators. As a problem solver, you collaborate with the Foreman, executing directions and maintaining equipment in top-notch condition. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Ability to start in the next 2 weeksAbility to operate and back up a trailer with minimal supervisionAbility to maintain regular, punctual attendancePhysical ability to handle objects up to 75 lbs, climb in and out of excavations, and stand or walk for long periods of timePhysical ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, reach, climb, or crawlWillingness to work outside in the heat and coldWillingness to travel (lodging and per diem is provided)Availability for emergenciesReliable transportation to projects
Excavation experience and mechanical aptitude are preferred but not required.
