Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective serviceServe as a liaison between technicians and customersTake ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customerManage and hire technicians and service advisorsInterview and make new hiresDistribute work between techniciansPrioritize required servicesEnsure customer has a positive dealership experienceProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer is properly handledSpend quality time building relationships with the customersEnsure proper accounting and financial health of the service department.REQUIREMENTS:
High volume domestic fixed operations experience is preferred but not required.Technical automotive knowledge is helpful but not requiredDemonstrated ability to manage othersOrganized and friendly personalityDealership experience preferredGeneral knowledge of business operations and accounting
