Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective serviceServe as a liaison between technicians and customersTake ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customerManage and hire technicians and service advisorsInterview and make new hiresDistribute work between techniciansPrioritize required servicesEnsure customer has a positive dealership experienceProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandledSpend quality time building relationships with the customersREQUIREMENTS:
Technical automotive knowledgeDemonstrated ability to manage othersOrganized and friendly personalityDealership experience preferred
