Job Duties:
Manage and facilitate residential, commercial and industrial projects through completionGenerate detailed work order, communicate, and schedule work with M&C Dept.Generate and provide accurate project schedules to customers and assigned subcontractorsMaintain frequent communication with customers, subcontractors, and estimators to achieve a cohesive productCoordinate and record all material selections with customerDetermine and generate material take off and coordinate purchase of materialsApprove and submit subcontractor invoices for payment to A/P ClerkSecure necessary permitsOrder dumpstersMaintain orderly and clean job siteCoordinate inspection of property with city/bank inspectorsCommunicate with estimator weekly and as needed to provide status on all jobsWork within present job budgetsUpon customer approval, install yard signInsure all employees/subcontractors are working safelyAdditional job duties as requestedJob Requirements:
Ability to read, interpret, and communicate oral and written instructions.Ability to communicate fluently in English - bilingual a plusOrganized and able to multi-taskExcellent customer service skillsTeam playerBasic understanding of the construction processBasic understanding of tools, handling and operationDigital job schedule creationBasic understanding of technology, basic computer skills: word knowledge is requiredAbility to work overtime, if needed, and be on call when requiredMust Have Valid Driver's LicenseAble to Pass Pre-employment screeningsEducation:
High School Diploma or equivalentExperience:
2+ years of previous building experiencePhysical Demands:
Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs.May involve significant stand/walk/push/pull.Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.Ability to work in confined spaces.Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions occasionally. PPE required, as needed.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
