We are interested in meeting with candidates that have prior staffing agency or similar experience.
As a sales professional at Delphi, you will:
Secure new client agreements and job ordersBuild close partnerships with new and existing clients through consultative and responsive supportCreate compelling candidate documents to aid in client decision-makingCommunicate with the delivery team to prioritize orders and share client-specific requirementsRequired:
Excellent business development, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to conduct a moderate volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing clientsHighly motivated by moneyNegotiate contracts, rates, fees, and solutions with your clientsA commitment to delivering white glove consultative service
