Job Description:Our client a located in Providence, RI is looking for a remote Accreditation Manager to join their team. The Accreditation Manager position will lead the public health accreditation work for the Public Health Infrastructure Grant and will assist the Performance Management/Continuous Quality Improvement Manager as needed. The position will work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure consistency of accreditation work across the domain team lines and alignment with work related to strategic priorities, quality improvement strategies, and priority setting related to performance measures. This position will work closely with colleagues, supervisors, and consultants to integrate guidance, as identified.
Responsibilities
Leading the reaccreditation efforts by coordinating the reaccreditation processManaging and implementing the reaccreditation process from early preparation for reaccreditation, through the reaccreditation decision, the post reaccreditation annual reports, and the next reaccreditation processDeveloping and managing a department work plan for achieving reaccreditation that includes timelines, responsibilities, and benchmarksDeveloping and implementing the internal plan to engage staff in the reaccreditation processCompleting the registration and application through Public Health Accreditation Board's (PHAB) electronic information system (e-PHAB)Managing and facilitating the Reaccreditation TeamMaintaining a documents-management system for proposed and selected documentationManaging the process for selecting documentation for the PHAB measuresUploading the documentation into e-PHABCoordinating responses to requests for information or documentation that are part of the PHAB review processPreparing and managing the PHAB site visitOrganizing the development and implementation of any required reaccreditation plans in response to the Reaccreditation Committee's review of the site visit reportsManaging the development and submission of required annual reportsDeveloping and managing the reaccreditation sustainability planRequired
Bachelor's DegreePublic health accreditation experience
