Job Description:Our client located in Providence, RI is looking for a Database Administrator to join their team for a 2 year contract. This position is located within the Pandemic Recovery Office (PRO). The position reports directly to the Director of the Pandemic Recovery Office and works closely with the Chief of Staff for the Pandemic Recovery Office. The holder of this position will be responsible for monitoring and reporting financial, key performance indicator, and other data for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) projects.
Responsibilities
Understanding of the accounting structure of Financial Accounting System and other entities that have approved projectsSetting up financial and key performance indicator reporting in PRO's PowerBI dashboard after a project receives final approvalCoordinating with the Division of Information Technology on the verification of data when it is extracted from the Office of Management and Budget's Budget Formulation and Management (BFM) system and/or DoIT's PowerBI portal for dataWork with the Grants Management Office (GMO) for the incorporation of projects into the Grants Management SystemMaintaining various reports, such as the Planned Expenditure Remaining Report, for posting to SharePoint on at least a monthly basisCollecting and cleaning of monthly financial and key performance indicators data for reporting to internal and external constituencies and insure the monthly upload of relevant data to Transparency PortalSupport the quarterly U.S. Treasury reporting process by working to ensure the accuracy of the data to be reported and the data's proper formattingDevelop, prepare, and maintain dashboard and project performance reporting package for the DirectorRequired
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Information or related field or, any combination of education and experience that shall be substantially equivalent to the above education and experienceMinimum 3 years of similar experience as a data managerSkilled with Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work independently or as part of a teamExperience with Power BI for developing dashboardsAbout Delphi-USDelphi-US is a national recruiting firm based in Newport, Rhode Island.
