Job Description

Citizenship/Clearance requirement:

Candidate must be a U.S. citizen, ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance and pass a background check and drug screening.

SciTech Services, Inc. (SciTech) is seeking a Program Analyst to provide support for the Navy Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program. The Program Analyst will work closely with the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems. The primary roles of the position are development of research topics, implementing and monitoring contracts, and working with Navy acquisition teams to assist in moving new technologies into the fleet. Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide program support and financial management for R&D contracts in the Navy Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program.Track project and financial status across the entire portfolio and throughout the lifecycle of the program.Monitor and track projects during selection of the research topics, development of SBIR solicitations, proposal evaluation, contract award, and project execution.Assist with preparation of program reviews and monitor progress.Perform acquisition and contract work with the PEO Integrated Warfare Systems.Work with the TPOC, Program Offices, and Technology Managers to develop topics for technology development.Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance.BA/BS degree in a business or technical discipline (Required). An engineering or technology degree is preferred.Minimum three years of experience performing similar work (Required), especially DoD acquisition and/or contract experience. Navy experience is highly desired, especially with the PEO Integrated Warfare Systems.This position requires high-level attention to detail, responsiveness, and dependability.Advanced communication skills interacting with government representatives as well as industry partners.Willingness to learn new things and take on new tasks.Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.Proficient with Microsoft 365 Office, experience working in Microsoft Teams or a similar collaborative environment.This position is 100% remote with occasion travel to the Navy SBIR program site in Washington, D.C. SciTech will provide computer equipment and some supplies, but the analyst must provide their own office space and phone.
