Supervisors model and perform the highest standards of service as they foster a positive atmosphere for everyone you come into contact with.You will:Ensure food quality, guest service, profit enhancement, ambassador satisfaction and facility sanitation commitments are maintained to standardsEnsure excellent guest service by responding to guest requirements, expectations and needsDaily inspection of all assigned locations for Safety and Health StandardsSupervise and train ambassadorsPrepare and track daily reports such as Prep Calculators and Waste LogsAddress concerns and resolve problemsPlan, assign and direct workOrder and maintain product and suppliesCreate and update ambassador weekly schedulesContact maintenance as necessary to maintain proper operation of all equipment and facilityMaintain repair log and control labor costCover Culinary Department Duty Manager shifts as neededCarry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, and training ambassadors; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining ambassadors; addressing complaints and resolving problemsAssist other locations and areas throughout the park as neededOther duties assignedWhat it Takes to Succeed:A passion for customer serviceFlexible, detail oriented and customer focusedExcellent organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skillsStrong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilitiesIntermediate F&B and theme park knowledgeActive listener with the ability to anticipate guests’ needsExceptional supervisory abilitiesWhat Else is Important:High school diploma or equivalentThree or more years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishmentExperience in a theme park environment preferredF&B safety certifications, including ServSafe Manager required within first 6 (six) months of hireMust be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if neededPerform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to-waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.
