is seeking an attorney to join a top firm in its growing national management-side Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice located in Los Angeles, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging and impactful wage and hour litigation matters.Key Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of wage and hour litigation, including defending complex wage-and-hour litigation matters.Conduct interviews with witnesses, review electronically stored documents, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Prepare oppositions to class certification motions and defend depositions.Interact with clients and opposing counsel, and attend certain court appearances.Minimum of three years of relevant wage and hour litigation experience.Knowledge of employment law, specifically wage-and-hour law.Experience defending complex wage-and-hour litigation matters is required.Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in California is mandatory.Strong academic credentials and excellent communication and writing skills.Ability to handle all aspects of litigation independently.The expected salary range for this position is $205,000 - $290,000. Salary offers are based on various factors including skills, training, experience, education, licensure or certification, and market conditions. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
