What You Will Do
Provide project management support as a direct report to the PMO Director with collaboration responsibilities with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Partner Account DirectorPartner with EPA Federal employees and leadership to support and manage projects directly related to the execution of EPA’s mission.Ability to effectively identify and capture new business opportunities and grow the GrantSolutions footprint with the Partner.Manage Mission Execution resources (approximately 8-10 subcontractors) to include monitoring of weekly activities; reviewing of weekly or monthly reports; timesheet approvals; and people management, including performance related activities and professional development.Onboard new resources to support EPA mission execution activities.Create, manage, and review all project-related documentation (e.g., proposals, cost estimates, burn reports, statements of work)Provide status reporting to executive management and Federal leadership.Work closely with internal and external teams (e.g., Federal team, Development, Operations, Partner Services, Strategy, Contracts)Identify risks and issues and ensure that appropriate risk mitigation procedures are followed.Support other PMO-related activities as instructed by the PMO DirectorPromote an atmosphere of cooperation and collaboration amongst the PMO and other GrantSolutions teams.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesProject Management Professional (PMP) certification, master’s degree in project management, or equivalent is required.Minimum of 7 years of project and client management-related experience and 2-3 years business development experienceKnowledgeable in Microsoft Office, including Word, Project, and VisioAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel developing burn reportsExperience with JIRA, Salesforce, and SharePointAbility to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExceptionally strong interpersonal, customer support, and people management skillsStrong organizational and planning skills with the ability to recognize, prioritize, track, and resolve multiple ongoing issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly and accurately.Experience managing direct staff.Experience working with Federal employees.Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation.Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

The annual salary range for this position is $100,200.00-$150,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
