The Software Engineer will be part of the Innovation and Technology group (ITG) at Guidehouse Digital supporting innovative solutions for federal government initiatives. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in providing strategic guidance, technology development, technical standards, policies, planning, and significant research and development efforts. The mission of our client is to deliver technology solutions to help reduce costs and risks, improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of judicial operations by providing experimentation, validation, and concept development in support of business requirements. Our client has adopted Agile Scrum and uses Agile principles to carry out best software development practices in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).What You Will Need

US Citizenship is requiredBachelor's degree is requiredMinimum of SEVEN (7) years of hands-on experience as a Software EngineerDesigns, develops, and provides customization of various applications to meet a series of pre-defined requirements.Requirements will be met through the use of various programming languages and possibly machine and assembly languages.What Would Be Nice To Have

Master's degree in related fieldThe annual salary range for this position is $100,200.00-$150,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.What We Offer
