Assist the client in implementing and maintaining compliance with ISO 20000 and 27001 processes. In this role, the selected candidate will:Operate as an advisor to the customer on best practices and changing requirementsReview current processes and identify areas for improvement, enhanced integration, or automationMonitor Service Level Agreements and process performancePrepare teams for external and internal audits and provide training to staffTrack corrective actionsWhat You Will Need

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public TrustBachelor’s DegreeFIVE (5) or more years of experience with NIST, FISMA, and/or Security Assessment & AuthorizationExperience advising, executing, and supporting ISO 20000/27001 implementationsWhat Would Be Nice To Have

An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearanceCISSP CertifiedEIGHT (8) or more years of cybersecurity experienceExperience with ISO Audit supportExperience supporting ITSM processes in ServiceNowWhat We Offer
