What You Will Do
Guidehouse is looking for an experienced consultant to support our federal clients in optimizing ISO 20000/27001 and ITIL processes. In this role, the selected candidate will:
Operate as an advisor to the customer on best practices and changing requirementsAdvising on approach governance and monitoring functions for appropriate functions.Review current processes and identify areas for improvement, enhanced integration or automationMonitor Service Level Agreements and process performancePrepare teams for external and internal audits and provide training to staffTrack corrective actions
What You Will Need
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public TrustBachelor's DegreeFIVE (5) years experience supporting large security projectsExperience advising, executing, and supporting ISO 20000/27001 implementations
What Would Be Nice To Have
An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearanceProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationEight (8) or more years of cybersecurity experienceSIX (6) years of experience with NIST, FISMA, and Security Assessment & AuthorizationCISSP certificationExperience with ISO Audit supportExperience supporting ITSM processes in ServiceNow
