The Business Ops Mission Support Consultant shall work with government organizations to assist with cybersecurity strategy, stakeholder engagement and coordination, and management support for federal cybersecurity efforts. This position will involve managing and developing strategic work products, coordinating stakeholder meetings and other strategic communications efforts, while conducting a variety of strategic, operational, and business-process analyses.Duties Will Include

Review and analyze performance of various processes and procedures to determine and suggest recommendations for improvementsIdentify and implement efficiencies to improve and increase productivity, quality, and the user experienceDevelop, document, and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs), process assessments, workflows, and knowledge management documentationProvide strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise instructions, updates, and guidancePrepare memos and correspondence, leadership briefings, reports, information sheets, SOPs, and other ad-hoc Leadership/Mission Line/Program requestsProficient in explaining/training/communicating the process and procedures to usersCollaborate across various programs to coordinate various data calls and ad-hoc mission support efforts/initiativesCoordinate logistics and tracking for official travel arrangements, manage and organize all supporting documentation as it pertains to travel requests and voucher reimbursementProficiency in process improvement and workforce organization methodsProvide support and maintain access to calendars, conference rooms, schedulers, etc. to easily step into the role and provide coverage and support (PTO, sick leave, etc.) when needed.What You Will Need

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public TrustBachelor's Degree2+ years of relevant experienceWhat Would Be Nice To Have

An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearanceExperience in IT or cybersecurityExperience supporting DHS CISA programs or initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication/presentation skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent research, data gathering, analytical, critical thinking, and listening skillsAbility to think conceptually and strategically and learn quicklyAbility to meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team, and multi-task on several projects simultaneouslyAbility to be flexible and adaptable to changes in project scope, timelines, and deliverablesAbility to interact, collaborate, and network effectively with all levels of staff, including senior leadership, both internal and on the client siteWhat We Offer
