Flexibility, work-life balance, and a generous personal care time programCompetitive base salary, annual bonuses, and other incentive programsCompany vehicleTerrific total rewards that include vacation time above the statutory minimum, company co-paid benefits, options for retirement savings and much more!As a National Accounts Manager your key responsibilities will be:Oversee day-to-day business relationships with agricultural retailers, equipment suppliers, and other B2B customersCollaborate with teams company-wide to ensure that programs and workflows are in place to meet expectations of business agreementsFoster existing and build new national accounts relationships in line with business growth objectivesWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions to customer needs, and makes connections to other internal teams as neededPrepare and present professional and well researched presentations that clearly demonstrate value of Farmers Edge products and solutions in line with customer needsContribute to the overall national sales strategy by providing accurate data on existing accounts, market research and other customer specific insightsMonitor and regularly report on applicable performance metrics, and performs daily updates and maintenance to CRMAttend customer and industry events and perform demonstrations as neededWe'd love to see:Several years of sales and relationship management experience, preferably in B2B agribusiness or agriculture adjacent industryAn understanding of farming practices, equipment, precision agronomy, and variable rate technology would be idealExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationshipsAbility to creatively problem solve and work in an agile environmentStrong financial acumen, and the ability to develop compelling sales presentations#INDS
