Sr. Manager of Recruiting , to support the development of the systems that will be required for the design and build of artificial-gravity human-rated space stations.This will be a full-time,

location.Responsibilities:Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates with technical backgroundCreate and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates for the current and future requisitions, establishing a continuous talent poolScreen and assess applications to ensure alignment with our technical hiring needs and identify suitable candidatesInitiate and engage with potential candidates with messages and emails, sparking their interest in our opportunitiesConduct preliminary interviews with potential candidates to evaluate candidate's qualificationsWork closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, translating these requirements into a sourcing strategyMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent3+ years of proven experience as a technical sourcer or a similar talent acquisition rolePreferred Skills & Experience:Experience with GreenhouseDemonstrated ability to source candidates with niched areas of expertiseSelf-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detailStrong customer service mindsetExcellent communicator and problem solverAbility to be flexible, adaptable, and maintain unwavering poise under pressureHighly organized with a knack for building relationshipsSharp eye for detail and precisionPay Range:Technical Sourcer I: $73,000 - $106,000Technical Sourcer II: $94,000 - $135,000COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSBase salary will vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, business needs, and market demand. Salary is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package.
