Responsibilities: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential niche engineering and executive candidates with technical backgroundsFind creative solutions for competing Create and maintain a pipeline of passive and active executive and niche technical candidates for current and future requisitionsScreen and assess applications to ensure alignment with our technical hiring needs and identify suitable candidatesInitiate and engage with potential candidates with messages and emails, sparking their interest in our opportunitiesConduct preliminary interviews with potential candidates to evaluate candidate's qualifications Work closely with the executive recruiter and CTO to understand hiring needs, translating these requirements into a sourcing strategyMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience5+ years of proven experience as a technical sourcer or recruiterDirect experience conducting deep dive searches for executive and niche technical searchesPreferred Skills & Experience:Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GEMExperience building deep relationships with candidates and pipelines of talentDemonstrated ability to source candidates with niched areas of expertiseSelf-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detailStrong customer service mindsetExcellent communicator and problem solverAbility to be flexible, adaptable, and maintain unwavering poise under pressureHighly organized with a knack for building relationshipsSharp eye for detail and precisionSalary Range: California$130,000-$170,000 USDCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSBase salary will vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, business needs, and market demand.
