Job DescriptionA premier legal firm specializing in personal injury and employment law is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Employment Attorney to join their team! The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in Employment Law, with a strong background in trial and arbitration, legal research, and analysis. The role is fully onsite and provides a very lucrative earnings potential through a competitive base salary and uncapped commission! The firm also offers a laid-back, friendly work atmosphere and other perks!Pay Range:
$125,000 - $175,000 DOE + commissionResponsibilitiesOversee a portfolio of 30-40 employment law cases, ensuring effective management and progression from A-ZLead preparation and strategy for trials and court appearancesPerform comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decision-makingDraft and review a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and complianceEngage effectively in negotiations with opposing counsel to advance case objectives and client interestsContribute to the firm’s marketing initiativesParticipate in social media activities, displaying comfort and creativity with digital engagementRequirements3+ years of Employment Law experienceJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the California State BarProficiency in trial and arbitration with a solid understanding of legal research methodologies and legal writingFamiliarity with California Civil ProcedureExperience drafting and responding to discoveryLegal writing experienceExperience with Filevine case management software is preferredBenefitsCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionMedical and Dental insurance401K PlanUnlimited PTO + sick daysPaid parking or monthly transportation allowanceEOY discretionary bonus potentialFun work cultureHoliday partiesApply now!
