Office Manager

TLC is a Professional Foreign Language Services Provider offering translation, interpreting, transcription, and other services in over 150 languages. Teneo Linguistics Company (TLC) is a small, woman-owned business operating globally. TLC was founded by CEO/owner Hana Laurenzo in 2007. Our busy home office is seeking an Office Manager who embodies these values.The Office Manager is a point of contact for:Providing support to our team members and our buildingSupporting the CEO and other members of the Leadership TeamSetting meetings and making travel plansPaying invoices and billsInterfacing with IT services and other vendorsOrganizing the office and ordering office supplies and equipmentProviding general support to visitors and walk-in customersCoordinate secure access to the buildingAddress employee queries regarding the management of the officeRequirementsProven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative AssistantKnowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred)Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with the ability to suggest improvementsHigh School Diploma; Associate/Bachelor's degree is preferred; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plusSpanish (spoken and written) would be a plusBenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company where you can make a significant impact.
