Your Opportunity:
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for executing a high touch candidate experience that reflects the Stax culture. This requires close collaboration & partnership with talent acquisition and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic people-centric professional with a knack for getting sh*t done. This position is a great opportunity to execute Talent Acquisition and Retention in a very fast growing company.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
- Executes the full cycle recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers including resume screening, phone screens, video interviews, behavioral interviews, assessments, decline notifications and offer extension.
- Acts as a business partner to work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of the role and the culture of the department. Develops and delivers on established strategies to source and qualify candidates.
- Deliver on additional sourcing strategies once identified to increase quantity and quality of candidate flow, via community outreach, job fairs, social media, job boards, internet sourcing, etc.
- Tracks activities and facilitates the process from candidate to hire to support the best possible outcome that will impact positive retention.
- Coach hiring managers during the selection process to ensure consistent practices and compliance with employment law.
- Monitors hiring manager practices to ensure timely review and interviewing of candidates. Arrange in person and phone interviews.
- May support and perform other HR duties as needed or appropriate.
- May further the effectiveness of sourcing efforts through the development of college recruitment programs, internships, and employment branding programs.
- Assists in promoting company culture, vision and values
- Perform assorted administrative tasks such as expense reconciliation, invoice processing, and miscellaneous errands as needed
- Daily interaction across all levels and roles at Stax particularly among the team of Directors and management team.
- Be a brand ambassador in the community through event presence - including, but not limited to, chamber events, O-Tech, Meetups, associations, others.

Your Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, Workable experience is a plus!
- Staffing Agency Experience preferred
- You are obsessive about delivering an exceptional experience to create an everlasting impression
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a natural problem solver and have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Confidentiality with sensitive material and communication
- Fluent in all aspects of Google Suite products
- Very strong organizational, issue resolution and decision making skills required

- Excellent communication skills and superior customer-service oriented skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
