Human Resources Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing seamless human resources support and services to staff and management across the organization. This customer service-oriented team member will run the daily functions of the HR department.Schedule:
This is a temp to hire, full-time (35 hour/week) position with the option for a 4-day work week.Compensation:

What you'll be Responsible for:
Essential functions of the position are below. Additional duties may be assigned as required.
Digitizing and maintaining integrity of all employee files
Maintaining all employee changes in HRIS system ADP Work Force Now
Compliance reporting and ad hoc reporting
Provide administrative support to Human Resources Department
Assist Recruiter with reference checks and onboarding
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to work effectively independently or as a team
BA/BS degree preferred or 2 years of Human Resources experience
ADP Workforce experience required
Continuously seeks to improve efficiency and/or simplification of processes
Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Working knowledge of state, federal and local regulations relating to all employment areas
Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions and maintain confidentiality
Must be detail oriented, well organized and proven ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels, including staff, board members and external partners
Expertise in the following platforms: Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Pro, Zoom and other web-based applications
Physical Requirements of the Job:
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Ability to climb up and down stairs unassisted
Work requires regular standing, stooping, and bending
