Agile Scrum Master @Denver, CO.
TITLE: Agile Scrum MasterLOCATION: Denver, CO.Duration: 6+ Months
Position Summary:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Scrum Master should conduct all the ceremonies of an agile development cycle such as PI planning, daily standups, feature refinements, sprint planning, sprint demos, sprint retrospect.• Document the action items from the various meetings and following up with the respective stakeholders• Develop trusted relationship with project and program stakeholders• Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication• Assist leadership with onboarding and training the staff and contractors as needed• Experience working within various project management methodologies, preferably SAFe Agile methodologies• Continuous professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and project management best practices
Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree• Program or Project management experience 7+ years• Experience in consulting in large corporations, preferably in Telecom domain• SAFe Agile certifications such as CSM, PO/PM• Excellent documentation and reporting skills
Skills• Experience presenting to executive leadership and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management• Strong relationship management skills - able to set priorities, influence others, manage customer expectations and effect change through influence and partnership• Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines• Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams), Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet, JIRA, Jira Align etc.• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
