Responsibilities:Elicit and analyze requirements, creating comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams in agile projects.Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.Communicate product vision, strategy, and plans effectively.Develop and execute a product roadmap, prioritize opportunities, and refine feature ideas to achieve business goals.Oversee quality assurance and testing processes.Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement of systems and processes.Review reports, identify and direct issues to the appropriate channels for resolution and delegate tasks accordingly.Support the Development team by providing business logic assistance and conducting refinements.Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including team/user guidelines and mapping lists.Requirements :
Proven track record of product development and ownership in Fintech or related industries.
Understanding of lead generation processes and technologies.
Demonstrated success in delivering software products from concept to launch.
Proficiency in translating business needs into well-defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
Practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirement management tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with SDLC and agile development processes, including artifacts and ceremonies.
Knowledge of UI/UX and Product Design to create intuitive user interfaces.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
