What do we need?

The Client Implementation Project Manager will oversee the functional and technical implementation of new clients and existing clients that are expanding. Is responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, planning, execution, and completion of Client Implementation projects with new and existing clients for the organization. Ensuring their projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction requirements with the end goal of delivering a quality experience for all participants.

What will you provide?

Create implementation project plan for tracking each client implementationEnsure projects are completed on time by managing deliverablesCoordinate and schedule internal and external implementation meetingsCoordinate task completion with internal and external teamsFollow up with internal teams (sales, IT, operations, help desk) as needed for issues, resources, tasks, etc.Update and maintain project documentationSupport Client Success Manager with client relationship during implementationManage multiple implementation projects simultaneouslyCompile and submit information for appropriate system access and credentialingCreate and track IT tickets/requests/action itemsObtain Operations checklistSchedule system and process workflow training sessionsRequest Payer contracts and documentsApply quality objectives with stakeholder input (e.g., key performance indicators, scope definition)Develop, communicate, and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g., mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)Ensure a seamless transition from project implementation to the appropriate business owners for ongoing managementConduct analysis on project outcomes and make appropriate recommendations to improve initiatives

Requirements

Ability to plan and execute implementation / onboarding projectsProficient with project planning tools, Gantt charts, Smartsheet, etc. (preferred)Confident ability to lead, collaborate, triage, and make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environmentBasic understanding of secure data exchange methods with willingness to learn conversational basics of file & data types and SFTP file transfersDevelops and manages productive relationships with partners and key stakeholders regarding project development using effective written, electronic, and oral communicationsProven ability to use a consultative approach and persuasive communication with stakeholders.Ensure deadlines are met by moving projects along and holding key stakeholders accountableCraft in depth cross-functional communication strategies for key priorities, cross functional teams & executive leadershipShown strength in analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong Experience in negotiation and conflict resolutionStrong attention to detail with ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects, work to tight timeframes and achieve exceptional outcomesAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced evolving work environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlinesAbility to prioritize initiatives based on the evolving financial needs of the company, making consistently strategic recommendations to company leadershipAbility to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing effectively with issues that do not always have a process, system, or solution in placeDemonstrate alignment to our company's valuesSelf-starter with high initiative

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum of 3 years of project management and or implementation experienceComplex claims and/or denial management experience preferredRevenue Cycle Management technology implementation experience preferredPMP certification or Six Sigma is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook) project management tools (Smartsheet preferred)
