The CAEIO Program provides IT Operations and Maintenance to modernize the legacy networks, applications, and databases supporting CA services globally.ResponsibilitiesAzure Resource Management:

Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure resources such as virtual machines, databases, storage, and more, following best practices and optimizing resource utilization.Networking:

Manage Azure virtual networks, subnets, and security groups. Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity, VPNs, and Azure ExpressRoute.Security and Compliance:

Monitor and respond to security incidents and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

Set up Azure monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. Troubleshoot infrastructure and application-related problems.Automation:

Develop and maintain automation scripts or templates using tools like Azure Resource Manager templates or PowerShell to streamline routine administrative tasks.Backup and Disaster Recovery:

Implement and manage Azure Backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.Cost Management:

Optimize Azure resource usage to control costs, such as by implementing reserved instances, cost tracking, and reporting.Documentation:

Maintain detailed documentation of Azure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.Collaboration:

Collaborate with other IT teams, developers, and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide Azure-related support.Upgrades and Patch Management:

Plan and execute Azure service upgrades and apply patches to keep the environment secure and up to date.Qualifications:

Basic RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) preferred.2-5 years of experience in Azure administration.Proficiency in Azure services, including virtual machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Security Center, and Azure networking.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, ARM templates).Understanding of cloud security best practices.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.
