Job Summary

The Data Analyst will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across various departments. This position involves working with data sets, utilizing analytical tools, and presenting findings to help the company achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection: Gather and consolidate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform business strategies and decisions.Data Visualization: Create compelling and easy-to-understand visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.Statistical Analysis: Conduct statistical analyses to provide deeper insights into data and validate hypotheses.Data Cleansing: Clean, preprocess, and transform data as necessary to prepare it for analysis.Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.Data Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide actionable insights that drive business improvements.Data Quality: Implement and maintain data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Data Security: Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline. A master's degree is a plus.Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of data analysis and reporting.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other relevant tools.Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
