Job Summary
The NetSuite Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data within the NetSuite environment. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, extracting meaningful insights, and presenting data-driven recommendations to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of data within NetSuite, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.Reporting and Visualization: Design and generate reports and dashboards in NetSuite to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business insights to stakeholders.Data Extraction: Extract and transform data from NetSuite for analysis using SQL or other relevant tools.Performance Metrics: Define and monitor performance metrics within NetSuite, collaborating with business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to answer specific business questions and support decision-making.Collaboration with Business Teams: Work closely with business teams to understand their data needs, provide insights, and contribute to data-driven strategies.Data Quality Assurance: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality within NetSuite.Documentation: Document analysis methodologies, data sources, and findings for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, computer science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst with expertise in NetSuite data analysis.Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteAnalytics and SuiteFlow.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
