Responsibilities:•Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and VMware vSphere environments•Responsible for multiple Windows Server technologies including Hyper-V, and Windows Failover Clustering•Responsible for VMware vSphere infrastructure including patching•Manage Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Object (GPO)•Design and develop scripts for system administration and configuration management•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Windows server environment, including VMware, server hardware, and operating systems
Qualifications:•Extensive experience with Windows Server 2016 and above•Extensive experience with VMware vSphere 7.0 and above•Strong experience with Windows Group Policy, Active Directory, Hyper-V, and Windows Failover Clustering•Experience writing and debugging PowerShell scripts for system administration•Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and propose practical solutions•Proficiency in architecting and deploying infrastructure technology solutions in largescale environments•Functional knowledge of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.
