Mandatory SkillsProgram Management skills with pharma domain exp. and using the Sciforma PPM tool.Review key PM deliverables on a weekly basis for quality and consistency, including the Project Charter, Project Schedule, Project Kick-off Deck, and Project Status Reports.Gather KPI's and metrics for the project portfolio and presents this data to the ITLT on a quarterly basis.Prepare and present the agreed performance reports of the supplier to Customer stakeholders.Oversee and govern all IT and IT security projects in accordance with standard project management methodology, using the Sciforma PPM tool.Ensure that all new project charters are approved by the CIO before they are added to the IT project portfolio in Sciforma.Onboard all PMs with Customer standardized PM Onboarding deck. Hold monthly IT PMO office hours for all IT PMs to understand their ongoing issues and to provide significant updates related to IT PM processes, tools, methodologies etc.Identify and implement key process improvements as needed.Review, refine, assess, and execute the IT PMO initiatives aimed at improving the speed and quality of IT PMO service. The initiatives will be included in the roadmap agreed with the Customer IT PMO and IT leadership.Administer SaaS based IT PMO tool (Sciforma) to: o Set up IT PMs and other users in the system.Set up all new projects in Sciforma and assign the appropriate PM to each.Work with Sciforma support to monitor and trouble shoot Sciforma system related issues.Work with Sciforma support to upgrade (quarterly basis), maintain and enhance the system, as required.
