Position Type: Full-Time Job Description:The Corporate IT Support Specialist will provide internal IT support for employees which may include desktop support and setup, hardware/software troubleshooting, help desk ticket processing and other duties as assigned. Candidate should have a mix of technical and customer service skills as well as be passionate about technology. Essential Functions: Working with users of varying skill levels to resolve technical issues both remotely and in person Managing inventory of IT assets Machine imaging Shipping and handling of IT assets Configuring servers and workstations Managing OS and application updates on servers and workstations User, computer, and permissions management in AD and Azure/365 Properly configuring and managing network ACLs on hosts and network devices Other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications and Experience: Required: Proficient with Windows 10 Familiar with Windows Server 2016/2019 Experience with Cisco Networking (Catalyst L2,L3) Able to document fixes and new solutions effectively Knowledgeable with modern cybersecurity threats and solutions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move/relocate furniture, computer hardware and other related office items Desired: Security Certification Microsoft 365, Office 365/Azure administration experience Familiar with PowerShell Vulnerability scanning and reporting Familiar with Linux (Debian, Centos) Git experience Graylog use and administration Compliance standards including NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and CMMC Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. Education: BS/BA OR AA/AS degree and 1-year related experience OR High School and 2 years related experience.
