You want to know the user's needs, understand a project's 'why' as well as the 'what', and look forward to getting to the bottom of a mystery.About the RoleThe Business Analyst will support a cross-functional project teams focused on driving the end-to-end digital product lifecycle for features and products to improve the overall online experience of residents and businesses in the State of Connecticut.
