Core Responsibilities:Design and PlanningParticipate in design of new features and enhancements to existing the configuration and policy flow with key stakeholders.Develop code for new features, policy flows, and protocols within the platform.Manage and maintain various profiles and models in support of different types of customers.Support and optimize performance of current infrastructure to maximize efficiency, capacity, reliability, and security.Implementation and Configuration.Define and socialize standard procedures for network installation, maintenance, and operations: create detailed MOPs.Follow the change management process for creation, implementation, validation, and completion using.Participate in development of automation to streamline processes.Manage and maintain hardware and network configurations for LAB, pre-prod, and production environments.Plan and implement hardware, network upgrades, and expansions.
Experience/Knowledge:
Protocols - RADIUS, DIAMETER, EAP TTLS/TLS/GTC: secure profiles, certs, and keys, SOAP, SSH, UDP, TCP, SFTP, SCPL2 and TCP/IP Networking, IPv4/IPV6, MAC addressing - MAC randomization, Captive Portal integrationCoding skills - Java, Javascript, PerlLinux - Intermediate, CentOS preferred.Tools - Grafana, Wireshark, Zabbix, SplunkScripting/Automation - Bash, AnsibleDatabase/Streaming - SQL, MySQL, Cassandra, KafkaHardware - Client or Dell: physical server configuration, monitoring, management, and alertingF5 Load balancers and VIPs - configuration, monitoring, management, and alertingCI/CD - GIT, GIT Copilot, Jenkins, Mortar, DockerWiFi RF and Networking - General/AdvancedVirtualization - VMware, Cloud
