Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Enterprise Platform Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Cleveland, OH. As an Enterprise Platform Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical architecture of our organization. You will leverage your deep understanding of architectural patterns, principles, and frameworks, along with your expertise in key technology platforms, infrastructure, database, security, legal compliance rules, and software platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and influencing strategic decision-making to support our Architecture practice, which, in turn, enables our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop high-level and detailed solution architecture designs, including technical specifications and implementation plans. Accountable for technical decisions, documentation, and direction for high-level designs and approaches. Provide solutions based on a Reference Digital Integration Layer (Digital Integration Hub) that links various technology layers and applications across the globe. Design Microservices Technology platforms with a strong focus on reusability. Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in digital transformation and apply them to our technology strategy. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of technology solutions and address potential risks or issues that may impact business operations. Provide gap, risk, and impact analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, high-performing solutions. Partner with key stakeholders across Enterprise Architecture and Product teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows through technology solutions. Acquisition & Deployment:

Monitor and manage the performance of deployed technologies and software products to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the deployment and operation of new technologies and software products. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the deployment of new technologies, ensuring security and compliance requirements are met. Operational Management:

Establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, implementing metrics to measure the effectiveness of the technology architecture and identifying areas for improvement. Develop solutions to support cybersecurity strategies and protect the organization from internal and external threats. Oversee the deployment of new technology solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. Incidental Functions:

Participate in internal and external committees, working groups, and forums to share knowledge and promote best practices in technical solutions. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and other educational activities to share knowledge and improve technical skills among team members and stakeholders. Participate in hiring and talent management processes to identify and recruit top talent and develop and retain existing team members. Qualifications:

Formal Education & Certification : Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology field of study or equivalent experience.

Knowledge & Experience:

10+ years of IT experience. 8+ years of experience in solution architecture and architectural frameworks. 8+ years of experience in Java/Spring Boot or similar platforms in a service-oriented environment. In-depth understanding of architectural patterns, principles, and frameworks. Experience with containers and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Enterprise) in the public/hybrid cloud model. Experience with Azure platform and services offered by Azure cloud platform. Extensive experience working with Cloud and Enterprise Middleware technologies and architectures. Preferred Experience:

Experience with DevOps and Agile engineering practices. Agile product development experience utilizing Scrum or Kanban. Experience with Agile tools is a plus. Personal Attributes:
