Job Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of practical experience with Avaya UC solutions
· Outstanding communication abilities encompassing both verbal and written forms
· Aptitude for comfortable engagement with customers and colleagues to effectively fulfill job requirements
· Capability to operate effectively under pressure, juggle diverse assignments, prioritize tasks, and assume full accountability for decisions
· Required certification: Avaya CM
· Essential Avaya CM Experience
· Experience with Aura Applications is a necessity
· Possession of ACIS (Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist) certification
· Additional credentials of AIPS (Avaya Implementation Professional Specialist), ASPS (Avaya Support Professional Specialist), ACSS . (Avaya Certified Support Specialist), and ACSE (Avaya Certified Solution Expert) are advantageous
· Understanding of VoIP protocols, QoS standards and policies
· Working knowledge of Modular Messaging 5
· Required 5 years of experience
· Working knowledge of Microsoft UM and Integration with Avaya Switches Nice to have 4 years of experience
· Strong working exp. with AES, AAR/ARS Required 4 years of experience
· Strong working exp. with W/Class Routing, VDN, Vector's and ACD Call Center Required 4 years of experience
· Strong working exp. with Analog, Digital, Avaya and Cisco VoIP voice services, SIP and H.323 endpoints Required 4 years of experience
· Proven experience with Avaya CMS and IQ reporting Required 4 years of experience
