Description:
This position will oversee the project design, client communication, permitting, and management on a wide range of commercial and/or residential development projects. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate in-house with other civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors to assist our clients in developing public and private mixed-use projects.
Responsibilities
Manage projects, clients, and the internal team to ensure all project goals and deadlines are metOversee the design of land development projectsAttend meetings with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and other design professionalsEstablish and maintain project lifecycle from conception to completionAdditional related duties as needed
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Civil EngineeringPE license10+ years in proven experienceStrong communication skillsSelf-motivated, team-oriented individualAdvanced AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency preferredExtensive experience managing all aspects of land development projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communicationAbility to oversee, manage, and review work of other staff
