Globaltex Fine Linens is one of the world's leading luxury hotel and home textile retailers. We are looking for a new teammate to serve as Human Resources Manager for our Miami and Houston offices.
In this position, you will assume the following responsibilities:
Development and implementation of human resources policies and proceduresManaging human resources processes such as recruitment, placement, performance management, training and development, reward and compensationEnsuring compliance with labor laws and regulationsImproving employee relations and workplace morale
The qualifications sought for this position are as follows:
At least 2 years of experience in human resourcesCertificate in human resourcesKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsCommunication and persuasion skillsLeadership and management skillsStrategic thinking skills
