Staff Engineering Program Manager

Department SummaryStaff Engineering Program Manager sought by DISH Wireless, LLC in Littleton, CO. Lead enterprise delivery of projects supporting our NarrowBand Internet of Things (NB-IoT) Portfolio. Interact with executive sponsors and change agents to identify scope, requirements, and manage projects through the full project lifecycle. Manage executive project expectations including owning escalation, communication, and C-level interaction on critical strategic projects for the company. Manage the planning, development, design, and implementation of strategic corporate projects. Manage the coordination and project deliverables between internal DISH project organizations as well as 3rd party partners to deliver the project on time and on budget. Work cross-functionally as a dynamic leader to effectively guide projects from concept to deployment and facilitate large cross-functional meetings guiding large project teams. Document all aspects of the project including requirements, risk, issues, schedule, and meeting agendas/notes. Ability to operate in uncertainty and adapt quickly is paramount as the environment is fast-paced and evolving. Job requirements: Requires Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related engineering field plus 10 years of relevant experience (5 years of which must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) handling/working on wireless network deployment projects.
