Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Program Managersupporting the Space Systems Command (SSC) Military Communication andPositioning, Navigation and Timing Directorate (CG) in the United StatesSpace Force. This position will support the SSC/CG program office as itrapidly premier capabilities resilient to the threat by the relentless pursuitof warfighter needs and acquisition excellence.As Program Acquisition Support (PAS) you will be responsible forInformation Management to include but not limited to developing,facilitating, updating and/or coordinating 3-letter and 4-letter levelbriefings, tasks, reports, media queries, public releases, andspecial projectsThis is a full-time opportunity located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Contingent upon contract awardResponsibilitiesDuties include, but not limited to:Respond to various tasks to include but not limited to data calls, documentreviews, acquisition reporting, travel requests, media requests, andother mandatory reporting directed by Congress, Office of the Secretary ofDefense, Secretary of the Air Force, Headquarters Air Force,Headquarters Space Force, Space Systems Command, and local entitiesReview program documents for consistency with applicable military,federal, state, local, contractual, commercial, or internationalstatutes, regulations, policies, publications, directives,instructions, executive orders, codes, requirements or standards andreport findings to the GovernmentProvide substantive analysis of pertinent topics to support requirements forsituational awareness and in-depth understanding of specific 3-letter and4-letter issuesMaintain continuity of key acquisition documents supporting policy, programmilestones, and strategy decisions. The Contractor shall ensure the PEO and3-letter, and 4-letters are equipped with and understand the necessarybackground information to support participation in ceremonies and formalpublic appearances. The Contractor shall prepare note cards and staff papersfor GovernmentResearch, draft, and edit articles, speeches, and testimony on theDirectorate organization, missions, operations, and initiatives withgovernment review prior to events and provide additional research, asrequired.Review, coordinate, and process program information suitable for publicrelease to industry, media, trade publications, internationalpartners, and other program stakeholders.Coordination for PEO organizations visits.QualificationsMinimum Required Qualifications:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance: Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance and be able tomaintain it.Education: Bachelor's degree or higherYears' experience: At least 18 years of experience in related fieldMilSatCom Program expereincePreferred Qualifications:Education and Years' of experience:Master's degree or higher and at least 10 years of demonstrated experiencein a related field.Additional Information:Location: On-site at Peterson SFB, with telework capabilities for localcandidatesHybrid: Percentage of telework/remote allowed will vary based on thecustomer's discretion.#LI-JH1Company OverviewOdyssey Systems Consulting Group, is an innovative small business committedto providing world-class technical, management, and training supportservices to government and public sector clients.
