IT Technician

Piper Companies is looking for an

IT Technician

to support our client's management and staff in El Paso, Texas. This is a full time, fully onsite position.

Essential Duties of the

IT Technician:

Provide Tier 1 support for end usersPerform deskside support for hardware/software installations, upgrades, troubleshooting and configurationEscalate reported issues to System Administrators as neededManage user account in Active Directory and Exchange OnlineQualifications of the

IT Technician:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field1-2 years experience as help desk agent requiredCompTIA A+, Network + or Microsoft MCP preferredMust be authorized to work in the United StatesCompensation for the

IT Technician:

$23-$25/hr (based on experience)
