Help Desk Technician
to join a business consulting company. This is
fully onsite in El Paso, TX
with shift being Sunday to Tuesday 7am to 7pm (with 1 hour break) and Wednesday 7am to 2pm.
Essential Duties of the
Help Desk Technician:
Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users at our client's site in a courteous manner.Perform desk-side/in-person user assistant to include software/hardware troubleshooting, upgrade, installation, and configuration.Manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory/Azure AD.Shipping/Receiving IT equipmentOnsite IT asset tracking and managementQualifications of the
Help Desk Technician:
1+ years of technical support or help desk experience.High school diploma required. Preferred to have Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical field.Experience providing software, hardware, network, and computer user supportWorking knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, network cabling, wireless, and remote access practices.Compensation for the
