Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of multifamily construction projects in Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating project teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our multifamily developments.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, from planning and design to construction and completion.

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and milestones to stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal management.

Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential delays or disruptions.

Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and quality standards.

Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain a collaborative and productive working environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily residential projects.

Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Proven ability to lead and coordinate project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and techniques.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
