T-Rex is seeking a Product Manager to support development, adoption, delivery, and sustainment of current and new capabilities for MHS GENESIS (DOD's Electronic Health Records system). The candidate will work closely with staff at site, senior T-Rex Technical Leads, DHMS leaders/staff, DHA Health Informatics leaders, and DHMS vendors to plan and execute technology deployments and address readiness and execution issues.

The PEO Defense Healthcare Management System (DHMS) is transforming the delivery of health care and advance data sharing through a modernized electronic health record for service members, veterans, and their families. The Workforce 3.0 program within DHMS is a managed solution that leverages innovative new processes, methods, and best-in-class methodologies from the private sector to enable the entire PEO DHMS workforce to deliver world-class technology. The DHMS systems provide important health IT capabilities to 9.6 million active duty military, their families, and their beneficiaries. This program supports management of technical deployments, field deployments, and technology training/adoption. Lets talk about how you can help make a difference!

Responsibilities:

Support Solution Team Facilitator in definition and maintenance of product scheduleSupport Solution Team Facilitator in oversight of prime mission vendor deliverables and timelinesFacilitate cross-product and cross-functional discussions on key integration requirementsPrepare materials for product briefings and other leadership updatesSupport definition of integration requirements and user storiesIdentify, escalate, and define mitigations for product-specific and integration-related risksRequirements:

7+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager or similar fieldExperience providing product management expertise to senior executives in fast paced organizationMust-have experience with Agile product management and JIRAAbility to work independently as well as part of a larger teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsDesired Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications or similar disciplineExperience in the health IT industry and with medical devicesExperience at the Defense Health AgencyT-Rex Overview:

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $132,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
