The Role
The Sales Director is responsible for leading, managing, directing, and coordinating all sales related activities necessary to achieve profitability, long-term growth, and stability of the business. The primary objective is to define and drive strategic sales initiatives that establish, expand, and maintain a strong customer base, coordinate sales campaigns, manage and develop the sales team, and represent, support, and promote assigned vendor products.
Your Contributions
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, ensuring goals are met or exceededDevelop and maintain a strong prospect pipeline to continually feed Star Blends' sales funnelTrack sales KPI's and make adjustments as neededDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market shareManage relationships with key independent consultantsManage and organize our CRM databaseReview financial statements, CRM sales, activity reports, and other performance dataDirect and coordinate budget activities to determine equipment sales revenues, maximize resources, and increase efficienciesParticipate in industry related events such as conferences and trade showsProvide monthly/quarterly updates related to budget and forecastFoster professional growth for self and others
Qualification And Experiences
Bachelor’s Degree in sales or related fieldMinimum 10 years of sales leadership experienceExcellent strategic and business mindsetStrong team building skillsSolid understanding of project management and business operationsPossession of the “Five I’s” of Leadership – Intellect, Innovation & Creativity, Initiative, Interpersonal Skills, Integrity
