As a Technical Product Manager, you are responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of systems that plan complex product manufacturing, test and operational procedures. You will also help shape the future of our growing Product organization at Blue.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!Additional responsibilities include:

Own the roadmap for multiple systems and work with end users to advocate on behalf of their needs.Deliver results to the business, including defining and executing a roadmap of features and functionality.Communicate roadmap and plans to management and the broader company.Work with multiple teams across the organization to define and implement new manufacturing processes via iterative delivery of software solutions.Perform analytics on data to drive business decisions and iterate on our products.Anticipate business needs with proposals and system solutions.Qualifications:

5+ years as a product manager, engineering manager, or similar role.2+ years working in configuration-focused manufacturing or design engineering roles.Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proven ability to leverage data in decision making.Experience working with software engineering teams in a hands-on capacity as a product manager, engineering manager, or similar role.Experience with lean and agile software development methodology.A demonstrated history of becoming an expert in an unfamiliar domain.Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business and how to continuously improve it.Outstanding organizational and analytical skills and a proven ability to drive sophisticated projects with minimal oversight.Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and communicate to a diverse user base.Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Desired:
